Hi Neha.
I gave Carlos 30€ out of my pocket. ( as explained we agreed on him paying 15€ compensation as my calendar would now be blocked for 3 days)
Even tho i had a bad feeling i believed his word that he would take the 30€, i would keep the 45€ that ABnB would put in my account and we would move on.
No i dont have proof.
ABnB have written numerous times ( each time a different person) and i feel it is now going round in circles. If ABnB want then take 45€ out of my account. This is simply causing stress, So give him 45€ from me and let me move on from this shitty incident.
Hopefully i will learn from it and handle it better next time.
Thanks for your support.
Be careful of Carlos. He came to my apartment. 1st he didnt want to pay via airbnb but prefer to pay in the hand . I refused. So he paid airbnb for 3 days = 45€. But he then decided to leave. I paid him back 30€ and kept 15€ in compensation for my calendar being blocked for 3 days. He then told airbnb i didnt pay him anything.
I had 2 bad reviews.
1: 1 came from a woman who arrived with her husband. She had not told me but she also arrived with 2 small children - 1 year old and 3 year old.
they liked the apartment so much they even paid an extra day.
However when they left the toilet was blocked, I called a plumber. He told me there was definitely something down there such as a nappy. I asked the couple to pay the for the plumber. Her reply was to write a very nasty description full of lies.

2: The next came from Carlos. When he arrived he started asking for cocaine. I couldn't provide him with any. So suddenly he announced he was leaving . We tried to cancel his stay. He then asked instead if I would simply pay him back instead. I wasn't really happy with this but preferred he leave before things got complicated. Therefore i agreed to pay him back (15€ per day x 3 days = 45€) However he suggested accepting 30€, which seemed reasonable as he would be gone but the room would not be available for guests for 3 days, Therefore i was losing the possibility of renting it out and potentially losing the original 45€ .
He now claims the room wasn't clean. This was simply not true. I think it must be as a justification for him to have cancelled and now he is asking for his money back as well as the 30€ i already gave him.
